I write a lot about Rosemary, because we loved each other a lot. I'm sure we were not much different than most couples. We were lucky because we always liked to be together. I was always at a loss when we were apart, even for a hour.
Did we have hard times? I'm sure we did, everyone has some regrettable memories. We had financial difficulties, sometimes were her fault and we had the some difficulties that were cause by me. We argued from time to time, no different than any other married couple. But, one thing we never did. We never insulted the other. We never called the other an insulting name. We never cursed or swore at the other. We never used foul language towards the other. Those things were not ever used in our lifetime. I guess I wanted to be respected by Rose and I do believe the feeling was mutual. As I stated, we argued, but I never raised my voice or screamed, and she was my lady always. I often wonder if in our single life, before marriage, we had a insulting argument, and we decided never to do that again. Maybe. I know this, I never would say anything that would hurt her feelings. Not in a million years.
