You and Rosemary?

Here is a good short story, with a question at the end. Rosemary and I were enrolled in Cardinal Stritch High school during our third year of high school. My last year I transferred to St. Pats High. One day my school day ended early and I decided to visit Rose at her school. I drove to the school and a classmate told me she was at the church singing with the choir. I went to the church and the choir was finishing with their practice and I was looking for her. I asked someone if the knew where Rosemary was and just then the principal heard me. I had asked the person, Do you know where Rosemary Keene is?" And they shook their head, no. And Sister Valentia shook her head and said, "Oh my God, Ralph Dittmer and Rosemary Keene dating?
Ralph, Rosemary will be down in a few minutes."
And I saw a smile on Her face as she walked past me.

I'll never forget how She said that. Now what do you suppose She meant by this? Huh, I just don't get it.

Sister Valentia was a wonderful middle age nun. She was a special friend.
She gave me a break a year before this . I had a great respect for Her.That's another story.
